Boost Your Immune System

Staying healthy and closing while your competition is taking another sick day, will put a lot more money in your bank account.

I spend a lot of money on supplements to boost my immune system, but I believe the two most powerful methods are free!

1. Take a cold shower for at least 3 minutes and let the water hit you in the chest and in the small of your back. This activates your immune system and your body starts fighting off viruses.

2. Limit your sugar intake because your body cannot heal itself while it is breaking down sugar.
