What You are Putting Into Your Body and How It’s Affecting Your Energy Level.

Nutrition is very important because you want to have a high energy level from the time you start your day, to the time you finish your day.

Start your day off right by giving your body the nutrients that it needs.

One of the best things you can do every morning is juice. Juicing is great because you get live enzymes, giving you instant and long lasting energy. Juice does not have to go through your digestive system where live enzymes can be burnt up. Using a blender is great, but be aware that a smoothie is not the same as juicing!

The two most powerful items to juice are apples and carrots. You can add other fruits and vegetables as long as they are juiceable (read juice fasting by Steve Meyerowitz for complete knowledge on juicing).

The juice is also a great place for you to mix superfoods for optimal nutrition. My favorite superfoods to add to my juice are spirulina, maca and chia seeds.

Always try to eat and buy organic food when possible. There are chemicals in most non-organic foods and these can steal your energy, to say the least. My wife lost 40 lbs from switching to an all organic diet in a little over 3 months! She ate all she wanted and her body used every bit of it. It can be expensive at first, but you are worth it!

Pack your lunch if you have to leave your house for the day. Eating a lunch you brought from home will not only be healthier, but will save you valuable time. You could be closing a sale instead of waiting in line to order a lunch.

One of the easiest ways I found to control my eating habits is to tell my body, “NO! You’re not getting that”, when it wants bad foods. This method makes it easier to control what you eat because you’re being conscious of what you’re putting into your body instead of giving in to its cravings. Tell it NO!

The bottom line is that when your competition has thrown in the towel because they are tired, you’ll still be closing because you have the physical and mental energy to keep going. Every time!
