Word Play – and How to Implement it to Close More Sales.

The words that you use are extremely important in gaining your prospects’ cooperation. The word YOU is the most persuasive word in the English dictionary, use it often. Here is an example, “Mr. Prospect, you will be a lot happier with this service because you will be able to get more done in less time. You will have more time to do the things that you really want to do. If you take advantage of this offer you will see a great improvement”.

Getting your prospect to say yes a lot during your presentation will help them to say yes to your product or service. During your presentation ask the prospect questions that you know they will say yes as their answer. Ask them questions like, “Is saving $ important to them? Do they want to increase business? Would you like to get more value for your $?” Implement these word play skills until you start speaking with these words without even realizing it.
